Sweet Dijon Vinaigrette

Adapted from International Cooking Day 2006

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Whisk together brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and vinegar. Slowly whisk in olive oil until mixture is emulsified. Season to taste.
